Fire alarms - Although most private residential properties tend not to have a fully functional fire alarm system installed, it is advisable to have some sort of fire detection fitted in the property. Standalone battery operated detectors and mains powered detection (Firex, EI etc) with battery backup are commonly used in these instances
There is, however, the ability to install smoke detection and link it to an intruder alarm panel which, when a fire is detected an audible sound will be given

I can offer 6 or 12 monthly maintenance contracts and a 24 hour call out facility, with which I will aim to be on site within 4 hours of any call. Call out rates will differ dependant on the time of day

Intruder alarms - I can install intruder alarm systems in any private residential dwelling (Dependant on insurance requirements) Ranging from stand alone systems giving an internal and external audible sound, to voice and text communication systems that are linked to the main alarm system, and will provide voice or text alerts to one or more mobile phone/landline
I can also provide systems that are able to be set/unset using "fobs" without the need for a "code".
All works carried out will be subject to a site visit to assess the premises and its individual needs.
RESIDENTIAL
CCTV - All systems installed are bespoke to the customer, as there are many different types to suit different individual needs. I can offer maintenance contracts on any system, making sure all cameras are cleaned, focussed and adjusted (If necessary) It will also include the checking of correct operation of the system (Playback etc) This can be done every 6-12 months, depending on customer requirements.
