I have experience installing and maintaining a variety of fire alarm systems in a variety of buildings ranging from small houses (student accommodation) to retail units, large warehouses, petrol stations and office blocks

 

Although I am not a big organization, I have been trained to work to a high standard and can install fire alarms in any sized dwelling. I can also offer 24 HOUR monitoring via an alarm receiving centre. Please contact for more details

All fire alarm systems will be installed and/or maintained following the relevant British Standard - BS5839 Part 1: 2013 (Code of practise for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems in non-domestic premises) and BS5839 Part 6: 2013 (Code of practice for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems in domestic premises),  to ensure any false alarms, faults etc are kept to a minimum

 

Failure to keep a fire alarm system maintained risks non-operation and a risk to life and/or property. If a fire alarm system does not work, the premises may not be safe to occupy, and buildings insurance may not be valid

 

All installations will be subject to a site survey to determine what type of installation is required, as well as any insurance requirements

 

Any system supplied will be from a reputable company

 

I can provide a 24 hour call out facility on all systems installed and maintenance contracts with which I will aim to be on site within 4 hours of any call

 

Call out rates will differ dependant on the time of day
